I believe the 30 minute window starts when the pL2 swap begins.

Not confirmed: I THINK it starts at Noon Thursday.

The 30 minute grace period happens only once. It is meant to allow presale participants to stake to the various pools and farms before liquidity is added, to give us a head start on earnings.

You can still stake after the 30 minute grace period, but the APR will start dropping as more and more people stake their liquidity pairs or tokens. So max profit occurs the earlier you can stake.
