Almost there … Almost theeerrreeee …. It sounds like The Animal Farm will finally release the PIGS Credit User-Interface tomorrow. It is posted on the website, but it is not currently active.
The WHAT:
From what I have heard on Telegram and other users, the Piggy Bank was infiltrated by bot activity and was able to purchase PIGS-BUSD LP for very cheap. Then, a non-stake Piggy Bank was started and rewards were sell-only, which started draining the contract.
The WHO:
Forex Shark, one of the DRIP/AF developers, admits to ‘kicking himself’ for feeling rushed to launch the Piggy Bank and not have adequate anti-botter features in place.
The WHY:
Not sure if ya’ll remember, but when the Animal Farm was launched and the PIGS token was about to go on sale, it felt like a bit of a fiasco because he kept pausing the purchase. In reality, he was protecting us regular folk by pausing the contract every time he saw bot activity, blacklisting those wallets and adding their funds to liquidity as punishment, then allowing the sale to continue. This clutch-burning stop-and-go lasted for hours. But, after it was un-paused for good, the PIGS sale went quite smoothly.
